The executive room on the 8th floor was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

The dining experience was rushed and disorganized, highlighting the lack of a proper menu and poor temperature control for the food served.

It's a good buisiness hotel, with excellent connections( by Tram) to city centre. Nice new Hotel with confotable rooms.

I was captivated by the stylish rooms with modern decor and powerful showers that ensured a refreshing experience. The proximity to the tram line allowed me to explore the area effortlessly, reaching the city center in just 10 minutes. I loved the delicious breakfast options that included freshly scrambled eggs and sausages, which started my day on a high note!

The hotel is clean and modern free of noise and has comfortable accomodations.

We arrived after mid nights and had problems with our car. We got great assistence from the hotel staff. Also they gave very good ideas to enjoy our quick visit at the most, with enjoyable places in Murcia city and a nice beach-experience at calblanque

Modern comfort with great views

Waking up to the fine panoramic views from my room was a good surprise. The breakfast spread had plenty of delicious options, ensuring a great start to each day.

While the location was generally good with easy tram access, the noise from the busy street outside made it difficult to get restful sleep at times. Clever earplugs saved the night!

The parking fees for motorcycles are too expensive!

We greatly enjoyed particularly nice views!

The location of the hotel was magnificent, in a commercial area approx 30 minutes from the airport- approx 60 to 70 euros by taxi. Plus, it was close to the beautiful historic centre of Murcia, the restaurant and a romantic getaway.

The location is a huge plus with easy access to a nearby tram. The facilities are stylish, and I enjoyed the spacious room that had a lovely mini-bar. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity. I faced some issues with the restaurant services. The food was subpar and didn't meet my expectations. There seemed to be a lack of clarity about the menu options. The parking fees were higher than advertised, disappointing. WiFi connectivity in the room struggled at times. All in all, the hotel has great potential but could improve its dining experience and transparency in additional costs.

Beds were not so comfortable.

The hotel was good as a base to travel & see the areas around this part of Spain.The tram into Murcia was just across the road.Room service was f a high standard.

We could not get food on arrival or tea/coffee on a Sunday.There was limited lounge area & you had to pay extra to use the local Sports centre each time - I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this!There was a charge for parking but a local free parking facility behind the hotel.They should be more careful in their advert as the hotel seemed to cater more for the buisness traveller.

The beds are very comfertable. Nice clean hotel, good facilities. Good locatian, near city. Free parking close to the hotel, private parking (paid) Breakfast: good quality

Airconditioning is nog working very well. Arriving on 1 march it was 27 ° in the room. When you go out it stops working. General system would be better in this area.

Real Madrid team were in the hotel and we got some great photos!

Breakfast expensive, quite a long walk into town, reception staff more interrested in being on the phones tha helping out!
